Rachel Demuth, founder of Bath’s famous vegetarian restaurant and cookery school Demuth’s, has published her third veggie cookbook. ‘The Green Seasons Cookbook’ is a collection of seasonally inspired recipes, with mouthwatering “small eats”, “sweet eats” and “big eats” as well ideas for accompaniments, dressings, salsas and chutneys. Gourmet springtime recipes include pea, feta and mint crescents, sunblushed tomato muffins and nettle soup.
